Service Description

Mental health is a corner stone to our overall wellness; at times we may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other mental health difficulties. A1 Integrated wellness provides a holistic view of treating the person as a whole being; from the mind, body, and soul. We incorporate traditional medicine along with holistic practices to help you accomplish your goal to wellness. Prices varies based on covered insurance plans. Out of network charge will be comparable to standard rates.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance. Lateness to an appointment greater than 15 minutes are non-refundable without a valid medical/emergency document.

Important:

  • This practice does not prescribe controlled substances such as drugs classified in schedules 1-5 in the DEA classification.

  • for those whose, insurance is not accepted, if needed, we can provide you with a "Super bill" which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as applicable. Please communicate with your commercial insurance plan.  Payments are due at the time of service  and prior to commencing the appointment.  Payments are accepted via your flexible spending account (FSA) card, Square, Zelle, or method of payment via our Pay Links. Payment plans are available.
